Any memberships made directly through ClubSpark also need a completed and signed membership form to be returned to the Membership Secretary, epsommembers@gmail.com. Tennis (and padel forms if we are able to offer membership) may be downloaded from the relevant links above. Any applications for junior (under 18) memberships should be completed using the parent/guardian details and not those of the child.  Upon receipt, a membership pack and all relevant information will then be sent to the applicant, once the processing has been completed.
