With unpredictable weather forecasts playing a part in playing tennis currently we were determined to go ahead last Thursday with our first Bahrami “fun” tournament of the year. The wind was certainly causing problems at time for some of those who were serving but everyone seemed to be enjoying being able to actually play – and the rain held off!

Very well played all, it was a close-run event with Izzy Roberts and Graham Maynard taking the prizes on the night!

Lastly, a big thank you to Jo R for providing our delicious pasta bake supper, without volunteers, sometimes our events cannot happen.
